I've lived here for a little over 2 years in a 1 bedroom. The price is good for the apartment size and amenities you get. Also, the maintenance is SUPERB! Each time I have had a need they had it resolved in less than 24 hours (even for a frozen pipe!). Office staff is also very friendly. Great place to live.

I agree with you completely. Beside some noisy neighbors that have nothing to do with the complex, the staff is very helpful and nice and the apartment complex is very peaceful and quite for the most part.

That was then in 2006 - not now - it is noisy until all hours of the night - the paint is peeling and there is no security or control over the people coming over from across the street to swim in our pools - crap in our bathrooms and smear the walls with it and play their gang games in our parking lot - the new company that just bought this - obviously is going to raise prices and maintain status quo
