HORRIBLE & HEALTH HAZZARD From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Management is the worst! They put new people in the office right before I moved in. I moved into an apartment on May 19th and moved out the next day. I had BLACK MOLD in my apartment. The management did not tell me that my apartment was flooded two weeks before I moved in and had about 5 inches of standing water in it. I got out of my lease as soon as I discovered the black mold. Management was not very helpful at all and not understanding at all and seemed to be more concerned about other tenants in the building but not me. I did get my pro rated rent and pet deposit back and will get my security deposit back within 30 days. I would not recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy. They should have NEVER rented me that apartment. It stunk like mildew really bad. I should have been notified of the flood. My advice.... STAY AWAY! BAD NEWS!
