I live at Heatherway and am currently looking for a new residence after I give a 30 day notice. The manager is rarely in the office and when she is her boyfriend is there with her. One of the maintenance came to my apartment three time during a week and a half period complaining about cigarettes butts that were in the front of my building and complaining also that my sons car was taking up two spaces. I picked up the cig's butts the first two times he came, then I spoke with the manager. They weren't even our butts. The manager told me if I thought the person above my apartment was flicking them down, that I ought to go and talk to them. Excuse me! I don't work here. Evidently she doesn't either. She can't even get get her maintenance men to do their job and she excepts me to hers. Oh, about my sons car taking up two spaces, I have pictures of two cars taking up two spaces the same day as my sons that haven't been moved yet. I would recommend Heatherway Apts. if they got new management.

You want a clean place, follow by the rules. This is the best manager I ever had. She is kind and patient and wants the best for all her tenants so if you are having problems I would bet you deserved it. I bet you are a smoker...HUH! You smokers never think you do anything wrong. You seem to know alot about the everymove of the manager. I see her walking around the apartments all the time. How do you know what she is doing. How do you know that is her boyfriend? Little noisey aren't you. If she is getting on to you and yours sons than I guarantee you deserved it.
