Hill Top Apartments

NEVER LIVE HERE, ROACH INFESTED!!!!!!!!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   Never live at Hill Top this place sucks so bad. The management is unprofessional and they don't even know what to do. The maintenance never does anything and don't even know what they are doing. The management company does not even care about the residents or how the place looks, all they care about is if you pay your rent. People that have lived here for 10 years are moving because of new management. they just don't care about anything but getting paid. roaches are everywhere!!!!!!!
