My husband and I love this apartment complex. It is so much cheaper for the space you get. I have had NO problems with any kind of infestation of roaches or any bugs for that matter. When we moved in there were a few problems but they quickly fixed them. The staff is super nice. Sometime is seems like they are rude but I can tell how busy they are and their minds are just busy with all kinds of tasks. I've heard about crime but so far have not experienced any problems. It is incredibly quiet here and the maintenance people are very nice. Again the price is great, especially for a couple of college students like us. It may not have a "gated community" but even if you live in a gated community people can still come in, they just follow the person that lives there. We always lived in gated communities in other states as well as in TX. We moved from Providence in the Park near the Super Target on Cooper, what a rip off!! Plus it was a gated community and that wasn't saying much because they would, like I said, follow people in.

There are 2 positive reviews of this complex on this site. Both reviews seem strangely similar. I think both reviews were written by the Carlyle Staff. The complex is infested with roaches, and the crime is both heard about, and experienced. I call B.S.

It so sad that people are so quick to call false claims when there is positivity involved. What is our world coming to. Look forward to seeing you!
