The person who made the difference for me was Vickii Bell. I started renting from there in 1999, and because of her I went back again in 2002. If I didn't have a home of my own, I would still be there. She made everything wonderful!!!

Vickii Bell is the only reason this apt. complex was any good at all - she was compassionate, cared about her tenants and grounds, and made sure things were right with everyone. They FIRED her cos of that compassion, and the mgmt. since is seldom seen outside of the office, routine business is made to be handled by the underling low-woman-on-the-totem-pole unless it's serious stuff, and you never really feel that anyone in that office cares now. It was so different with Vickii; we miss her and have seen the many changes since they got rid of her, and I hope that she's managing a wonderful apt. somewhere where she's fully appreciated for her many talents and her loving concern for those under her management. Holly Park Apts. are nice, overall; it's the MANAGEMENT that totally stinks. Soon it will be overrun by south-of-the-border residents (that's not the issue, the apparent favoritism toward them by same mgmt is) and the rest of the tenants will just have to eat poop when it comes to problems. Which is almost what we have to do now, anyway!
