I have lived at this complex for the last 7 years and over that time I've seen it all. I agree with the prior postings about noise, unsupervised children, unwarranted and "questionable" visitors, and car vandalisms on the rise. In the beginning we had a wonderful front office and maintenance staff, speedy response on repair requests, and generally park-like quiet surroundings to call home. But office management now changes often and currently is "part-time" and rarely visible; ground keepers/repair are running on a skeleton crew, and if you should be in need of a repair don't hold your breath -- The standard response is "you're on the list" though they will probably say they lost your request when you check on it several weeks later. Most of the long-term reliable tenants have or are in the process of moving .... I'm seriously thinking of joining their number. Don't consider this propery -- you don't need the frustrations!
