Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
A change in management some months back has not had pleasant consequences. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Apartments are also right by an enormous hospital and across the highway from an airport; this can't be laid at the manager's door, but helicopters, low-flying planes, and blaring ambulances are none of them uncommon.
