holly park apartments is a very friendly and caring place to call home.. i have lived over my life at a number of aprtments complexes, however, seldom have i lived at a place i could and do call home.. the staff are always very friendly and will always meet you with a smile and a caring attitude. mainteance and grounds keeping are surperb.
i recommend anyone that is looking for a quite and homely place to live to take a look at these apartments... no apartment is vacant for long as you will see it is a very well ran business at a very professionl level.

You must never have serious needs or have much to do with the office personnel; only one person in there actually acts like she has a job there and tries to help. This management team is NOTHING like the previous one - who TRULY was everything you THINK this group is now! In fact, you were here when the last mgr. was - how can you possibly compare the two as similar??? Vickii was out EVERY DAY walking the complex to make sure everything was OK and she knew every vehicle that did or didn't belong there or had expired stickers or whatever; she knew the majority of the tenants by name; she made sure it was clean (CLEAN!) and pretty around the apts. This group doesn't get out unless they have to show or inspect an apt.; there are too many vehicles with expired tags or don't belong parked in one space without ever moving; the grounds are NOTHING like when Vickii was in charge. These ladies in the office have huge shoes to fill, in the estimation of many who live here. Sorry you can't see that, but live your own life (which you obviously do). Peace.
