Ive lived here for 2 years and it was good until the management changed. The new management is horrible. They never answer the phone, it takes 3 or 4 weeks to get a maintnance call response(just the response), the crime is horrible here as well. Just in the past 3 months apartments have been broken into, people have been robbed, cars have been broken into, cars have been stolen. And the "security" guard just drives around casually through it all. The people are rude and very loud all the time. You here cars with radios that vibrate your walls every 5 minutes. Gunshots, cop sirens....Just a lot of bs ALL the time. Rent keeps going up while quality goes way down. The apt itself sucks. The foundation is ruined causing cracks in the walls, ceiling, and floor. The doors dont shut correctly so the ac goes out of the cracks leaving you with a $300 electric bill. So just dont move here at all costs. Unless you're a drug dealer, im sure you will fit right in then....

I am currently a resident at Holly Ridge and I agree that everyone should avoid moving there unless your a drug dealer. I have been paying 585.00 monthly for a small one bedroom apt that does not have a working dishwasher. The stove has stopped working on two eyes, I have rat holes in a couple of the baseboards, and the heater does not turn off. The only way I can turn it off is by switching off the breaker next to the 30 year old washer that does not properly wash my clothes. I have put in orders to have maintenance come and work on these things but after submitting so many complaints with no action, I've come to the conclusion that I just have to live with these issues until I move. Come to find out I have been overcharged by management, now they are willing to lower my rent for the same apt to 400.00 monthly. I will not renew the lease though. I have witnessed countless domestic disputes that have lead to the police coming to the complex. Usually, in other complexes I have leased in,tenents that cause multiple disturbances are evicted. My vehicle has been broken into twice in the last year at Holly Ridge and my apartment door was kicked in once. Holly ridge is the slum!
