My lease is up the end of this month and I will NOT renew! They are not even offering any reasonable incentives to current renters. I've looked around and found several nicer, newer places down the street and a lot less expensive. A one-bedroom with sunroom in another apartment is cheaper than Huntington's smallest one-bedroom floor plan. Considering Huntington has more empty units than their competitors, you would think they would give a better deal. Look around before you settle down here.
