I've been reading the recent reviews, and sure--the apartments are not bad and the location is great. BUT, could someone tell me why as a single person in a one-bedroom apartment I should have a $50 a month water bill' And why the tree outside the exit gate is so overgrown (as are many on the property) that it scrapes your car as you pass underneath' Why you never know if the gates are going to work or not' Why you're treated like you asked for a pony if you want your carpet cleaned' Why no one seems to want to work in that office for more than a month at a time' I could go on, believe me!
