my apt is infested with black mold in my ac duct system.i have been very ill from this. my friend who is a ac repairman checked it out for me and even told the office about it.they said to me that i signed a paper that makes me responsible for it. this is wrong.it was like this when i moved in why should i be held responsible for it' i will contact the city of arlington about this.i will also move when lease is up.
