"Maintenence" was fixing up the apartment upstairs for the new tenants to move in. Well, when they did this, they caused a huge leak down into our apartment and now there is mold everywhere!! It's all in the bathroom and now in the closet wall that is adjacent to it. That is digusting and is not considered livable conditions. I can see paying for it if I caused it, but we didn't. That is a breech of contract and is illegal. The landlord has to uphold their end of the contract. Don't move here if you dont want to live in apartments where management doesnt care about you. They'd rather do drugs.
