I also have bad thoughts on this place. With it constantly raining this summer, my roof has sunken in. I now have to put pots and pans to catch rainwater in my apt. It has been like this for a month and a half. Management of course has changed three times since and are "waiting on a new contractor". Basically we have to pay too much rent for a hole in the roof. Not satisfied at all. Can't wait to move.
