I have lived in these apartments for about 7 months and have not liked it. I am ready to move out. Many of the other ratings on this website are true. Management is poor, maintenance is poor, (for example: I lived in the second floor and everything time the people who lived downstairs complained that they will have leaks, due to our bathroom. And everytime the would supposely fix the problem, but that was about four times of trying to fix it.) The water problem has also concerned me. It's true what the previous writer said, that they have sprinkles set up to water the grass, but it always seems to catch you when you are about to leave for work, so you end up getting all wet. Safety is another issue....I heard a couple fighting and hitting each other one night and told the apporpriate people, but nothing was done to secure everyone's safety. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you want your stuff to get stolen, and don't mind people coming into your apartment fixing stuff constently, then this place is for you.
