Confronting the management, if you can get hold of them, only results in a tense argument and denial of any problem. Excessively loud music late at night, no action taken. Several changes in management personnel over last two years. Mechanical gates often malfunction, making it impossible to enter or leave complex (old gates and equipment, no money to upgrade). Parking lot torn up to repair pipes and left unfinished for nearly three months.
