I'm not saying that all the bad reviews are wrong, because I haven't been here long enough yet... but I've been here a month with no problems. I've had no problems with maintenence, the office staff, or anything really. It's been raining a lot of the month, and I have no leaks. There's nothing wrong with these apartments so far....
