"There has not been crime here at all since I moved here and someone who has lived here longer said they never saw a thing eaither."
I'd say you need to check out the Arlington Police's website. Crimes in the past 12 months at this complex include an OD in progress, sexual assault and numerous burglaries & thefts.
http://www.arlingtonpd.org/CrimeStats/CrimeS management wants to improve their rating, stop posting fake reviews & take care of the property & your residents. Then you wouldn't have so many unhappy former residents.
