Ive lived here less than a year (the shortest lease they offer is 1 year) and Ive dreaded coming "home" everyday. The washer/dryer and fireplace sold me on this place. Boy I should have done my research a little better!
I cant begin to count the times Ive woke up with ant bites thanks to the never ending infestation here. I called the office numerous times and after like 2 months of this they finally sent an exterminator out...half-assed sprayed the place and it just made the ants even more angry it seems.
Constant notices on your door here, first thing I do as Im pulling up is to look and see what moronic notice is on my door today.
Maintenance is non-existant.. theyve hired a couple pothead kids that are helpless to fix anything..however theyre excellent at smoking pot and leaving beer bottles all over the place as they yell and party in front of our homes way after midnight on an almost nightly basis.
Management is incompetent and seem to go out of their way to show their lackadasial attitude towards residents concerns. All they want is your money and for you to go away.
Oh another of my favorites are the people who constantly drive in and out of here with their booming bass and giant chrome rims 24-7 making sure you get no sleep.
I dont feel safe here, my friends dont even like coming over anymore thanks to the unfriendly "ghetto" attitude of this place.
Its like a little piece of "Harlem" in Arlington here.. if youre white, successful and value your belongings.. you do not belong here.
