If you want to be over charged for your rent, this is the place for you! Rent is about $700 for a small one bedroom, plus a $50 a month water bill. Sprinklers run all night, flooding the parking lots. Gates are always broken. The staff are rude and don't care about their residents. The property is dirty. People are constantly moving out (can you blame them'). My ceiling leaks when it rains, and the horrible maintenance don't now how to fix it. AC's are constantly breaking because they refuse to buy new units. Instead they try to fix the twenty year old ones. I won't be renewing my lease.
