The buildings here are over twenty years old and it shows. The maintenance staff here seems to change every week. A few months ago the maintenance staff were digging to repair a sprinkler. They cut an underground cable for cable television. Rather than say anything, they covered their hole and pretended nothing happened. Several people lost cable and Time-Warner came out and found the problem. The management could care less about their residents. Why should they, they're always watching movies in the office. There is no such thing as a long term resident here because no one cares to stay here to renew their lease. Simply put, this place is a dump!
