I moved to Huntington Meadows in 08/2004. At the time I was very happy with everything that the complex had to and had absolutely no complaints. Recently Huntington Meadows was taken over by new mangement. The new office staff is very rude even catty toward the residents. The new owner/management immediatly raised the cost of utilites with little to no explaination as to why this would occur. I cringe everytime that I must go to the office for any reason. Many people have moved since the new mangement took over due to the rising cost of rent in the complex. I will also be moving at the end of my lease. I really feel that the "new" Huntington Meadows has no value for it's residents not to mention the one's whom have been here for sometime and are always current on payments.
