I CAN SAY IT IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!

I have lived in this complex for over 2 years. The new management has been the most unreliable, untrustworthy, uncaring, unsafe group of people I have ever encountered. I live on the second floor, one day I came home from work to discover they had taken off the railing upstairs. If you took two steps out my front door you would fall over the edge and onto the ground. I have a 2 year old, 4 year old and 1 year old that come to my apartment on occasion from my neighbors'. The parents were terrified to see this. I even have it on video tape. After approaching the manager about the situation when she was on the property it still took over 4 days including a weekend to get the railing put up again. There are so many legal issues that I have documented due to this new management company myself and a few of the tenants have discussed a lawsuit due to their outright disregard for safety. It took the Management over 2 months to replace lighting on our building.

What they neglected to mention was the caution tape surrounding the railings and that this occured immediately after the tremendous construction throughout the property had begun. They also forgot to mention how great the place looks now. And how much money and effort the new team has put forth to make sure that everyone...including her neighbor's childen...has the happiest, cleanest, safest place to live. Get a life and stop trashing them because you are angry about whatever you are upset about. Grow up!!!

I am sure this was the postings of the manager and what they forgot to mention is that caution tape was not placed around all the areas which were being worked on. The railing on my top floor apartment was gone with no tape around the stairway AND for a week the railing was not even secured correctly so it moved out when company I had over went to lean on it. Looks from the outside are not always the best indicator for a good "home" setting. A good "home" setting includes a safe environment, a caring attitude on the part of the office staff( professionalism included in that), for things to be fixed correctly. If the office staff put half as much effort in keeping their residents happy as they put in these renovations, especially after everything the residents were forced to deal with during these renovations, then maybe the negative remarks and comments would turn positive. It is a huge reflection on the part of the management when so many residents are unhappy as you can see here.
