Black Mold!!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
So I jsut moved out of this apt. after living there for a year. It was ok for about the first 3 months. Then everything started to break, we had termites and black mold in just about every room. It took the apartments almost two months did replace my microwave that did not work and about a month to fix the oven, that also did not work. Isnt it funny that after the installed all new hot water heaters, the water bill tripled. I have never payed a water bill that high in my life. If you are thinking about moving here.... DONT!!!!!
