Ok so I moved in beginning of December 2006 in short manner of time for reasons i will leave out. Its a very nice apartment but it is very small too. The living area is very akwardly shaped and the closet doors do not shut.. they have a magnetic system to keep em closed. ya they dont work when someone paints over them. The workout facility is great definitely newer machines than my previous apartments. My stove has gone out several times but they always came and fixed it. My dishwasher's motor went out.. still unfixed.. I find it easier to just handwash at this point. My washer was broken and it took about a month to get a new one. i called to follow up and they said ooh the maintence guy said he doesnt remember anything. I thought to myself well thats not what the paper said when you came to check it initially. He told me i was getting a "new, new washer" .. I did in fact finally get a new washer after about 2 times of having to hand wash clothes.. and 5-6 weeks in.. My tiles in my bathroom are cracking notably due to the floor being in bad shape.. not including the cabinet in the bathroom. Bathroom is so small hardly enough room for little me to get in and out. THere is a lot wrong and a lot of good things ... but in the end im moving after the lease is up. Oh and the flood light that is meant for safety just pours into my window at night come on people!!! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Well, it looks like I'm not the only one with an issue on the flood lights. I feel like I'm in the middle of a football field. My entire apartment is lit up at night. One from the pool and the other from the parking lot which lights up my bedroom. Maybe I should be "trailer" and put foil on my windows. Let's see how they like that. Management does not seem to care one bit about their tenants. I've experienced one issue after another and they just DO NOT CARE. It's awful. I'm outa here as soon a my lease is up.

At least you have the lights, put up curtains. I am not a current resident of this complex, but I am looking into it. All of your responses have been helpful, but in my current apartment complex, for one building there is only one light. It is very dark and I feel very unsafe walking from my car at night. I have also been 'called at' while I was trying to carry two handfuls of groceries up. Talk about uncomfortable and unsafe. So be glad you have the lights.
