I've lived here for five months, and would not recommend this to anyone. While the prices are moderate (but not even great deals once investigating other apartments' pricing) they are by far not worth the hassle you will go through.

Upon initial pre-move inspection, we found that there was water damage in the living room and in the sunroom closet, both of which were promised to be fixed and weren't. The Maintenence crew aren't that great, it's taken them two times to fix the roof, both after major rain storms, and they have been out seven times to fix our dryer, each time leaving a "fixed" note, but the dryer has not dryed clothes since the day I've moved in six months ago.

We havn't had any infestations yet, but we have seen more than one cockroach in our apartment, among a few other mystery bugs.

The gates are often broken and left open for weeks at a time, thus defeating the purpose of a "gated community."

The staff seems really friendly, but overall uninterested when you complain about problems, which usually take at least a week to get someone out to your apartment.
