So, I have been living on the property with my fiance for about six or seven months. When i first moved in i really liked it. But then everything became clear. I started to notice roaches all the time. If only i had checked the insides of the doors of my pantry and cabnets; i would have noticed all the dead roaches that were there. We had to start fogging the apartment ourselves. Not to mention the numerous times we have had issues with the plumbing. U no, i have no problem paying for nice things, but it needs to be worth it. Huntington Meadows is not worth it! We pay so much in rent and we can not even sleep at night or on our days off. Not to leave out, that the rent is now increasing!! The people who live above us are so noisy. It's not all their fault. I mean who ever built those apartments did a very poor job. U can hear every move they make. Everytime sum1 moves, the floor will just squeak and i mean loud!! So, basicly we sleep on there time. We are always tired from not getting any sleep. Can u imagine having to live like that' They should be fined for having people live in those conditions. By the way, i agree with the person who complained about the white trash on the property.

I lived there for five years, believe it or not. It was mediocre until it was bought by new owners a couple of years ago. It started getting real bad with the new management that didn't care about the residents. Numerous maintenance issues. I now rent a house and am much happier. The funny thing is even with a larger square footage home, my electric bills are a third to a half of what they were in Huntington Meadows. Hmmm...

Your story is almost the exact same as mine. I also live here with my fiance and I have complained so many times about the white trash neighbors above us smoking pot in the walkway. Now I have noticed I am starting to hear loud music at all hours of the night on top of the fact that you can indeed hear EVERY move that the people upstairs make. Their maintenance men wake us up on our days off leaf blowing and mowing right outside our windows at 9 in the morning and I actually had a maintenance man use his key to unlock my door and come into my apartment to fix the toilet after I did not answer the door....the reason I did not answer the door was because I was in the shower. Imagine taking a shower and hearing someone entering your apartment. The last straw was getting our utility bill from them this month. We have lived in several complexes and their water bills are double what we have paid at any other complex. I suspect they are not paying their required portion. Also our gas charge was $18 last month and $3 this month. I think they are just throwing some numbers on a paper and charging us for it. Why would a gas bill fluctuate that much in one month? Our sewer went from $7 to $15 within the same month! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, WE ARE!!!

Trust, we are in the process of packing as I write. I could not even consider renewing my lease. I have had so much trouble out of those people in that office it is unreal!! I hope you all are packing also. I tell you, I am in school and cannot even study due to the people that live above us. I have complained and complained, and have not gotten any help. Why would they care? All they want is their money on the 1st and that high ass utility bill each month to be paid.

Yes, professionalism and Huntington Meadows shouldn't be used in the same sentence.I know there has to be something that can be done about the way things are ran, the so-called management always blames the problems on the maintenance so who is there to turn to when things are wrong. NO ONE
