I would like for everyone that considers moving to these apartments to please check out my experiences first. Yes, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, however my story may save you time and definitely money. The biggest issue is MAINTENANCE. I can NEVER NEVER get an HONEST and TRUE answer when it comes to having something repaired. I have things in my apt that have been broken since I moved in. The "leasing ladies" will say they will have maintenance come to your apt ASAP, which usually means 3 days to a week later (if they come at all). My central a/c unit is terribly outdated so the temp inside the apt never gets below 85 degrees during the summer months, even if the thermostat is put between 65 and 70 degrees.I have continuously made service requests in regards to the temp and Im always told "thats the typical temperature" or they will add freon, but it doesnt help. I have also had trouble with the appliances on two occasions which resulted in a TWO WEEK wait to have repaired, I am never contacted with a status update if they cant keep the commitment to the timeframe for having things repaired. You have to literally call or go to the office a number of times before getting a straight answer, then you're treated as though you're a nuisance, when it all could be avoided by simply giving a "courtesy call" However, its no problem to post eviction notices on the door if your water bill or rent is 1 day late. The foundation is also cracking and the apartments arent properly insulated around the doors or windows. A security plan needs to be implemented. Some neighbors had a car stolen out of the property and a few had their cars broken into. I understand the number of residents makes it hard for things to get done "same day", but waiting up to 2 weeks for a simple maintenance request is UNACCEPTABLE. The staff may have changed, but their ways are the same, my hopes are that someone from the corporate office may take these valid complaints into consideration and look into improving the way things are handled.

I too live at this complex, and have the EXACT same issue with my AC! My bill was $300 and it was not even the hottest parts of the summer months. It would be one thing to have a $300 electric bill if the apartment was actually COLD, but like you said, it never got below 85 degrees! Some of my friends who live in larger HOUSES, say even THEIR electric is not even that high during the same months. And we have some massive foundation cracks too! I hope their corporate staff can help take over some of these issues and make this a better place to live. Fyi - there is a NEW complex just down 360 at Trinity. They just opened in March and are still building a phase of the complex... it is BEAUTIFUL - its called Broadstone Centreport - Im going to live there when my lease is up, and would recommend it to everyone. And the rent rate is comperable to where you are now!!
