If you think on moving to this place make sure that first: you see the EXACT SAME apartment where you plan to move and DO NOT SIGN your lease until the very last moment where you'll see how everything in the apartment looks and works.
I was desperately looking to move from a guetto community and made the mistake of believing the words of the "nice" ladies at the office. She showed me a nice same model apartment b/c the one I was going to sign for had people still leaving it. I was, apparently, getting a nice deal, because the apartment of $675 per month in the market was being given to me as a special of $600. Well, the day I moved in, I was shocked by the rundown apartment that was waiting for me. The carpet was not only with dirty spots, but it was the sloopiest job I've ever seen. The corners of the carpes would show the dirty wood underneath, like if someone would have used a dull knife to cut it: the cabinets seem to be the same since like 50 years ago, all scratched, with the top parts falling, broke drawers, shelves all bent by humidity and use, doors don't close, lower parts of cabinets falling into pieces with rusty nails coming out where you can get a nice tetanus if you aren't careful, broken or no window screens, not even the smoke detector worked! If I keep writing I will not finish today, ok' I have been to the office at least 4 times since I moved less than a month) asking for the things to be fixed, but nothing. All they say: Yes, we'll take care asap, but they do nothing. I am paying $600 dollars per month for a place that looks like I should be paying less that $300. These people are liars and dishonest, hypocrits, and they only want to have the apartmetns making money without caring of the tenants. Please, do not move here. Do not let yourself be mislead by them telling you of discounts or specials, b/c it is not worth the pain and frustration. The nice, beautiful ladies are just a facade, and they are part of the fraud.
