DO NOT RENT AN APT at LATRIUM ON THE CREEK. I lived here for 12 months in a 1 year lease and have been moved out for 45 days now. The maintenance NEVER fixed anything in my apt. I had verbally and written complaints of HORRIBLE plumbing, tubs didn't drain, dishwasher didn't drain, it had stagnet, molded water in the bottom the entire time I lived there. Toilets only flushed occasionally, raw sewage was always on tha ground outside. I had rotting out wood as my patio gate. Crime in the area was always an issue, cars got broken into. However when maintenance noticed that a blind in a window facing the road was torn they rushed in to replace that as to not make their apts appear as ------ as they are. On top of all that mess, as I've stated I've been moved out 45 days now and the manager never did a walk thru with me, I STILL haven't recieved my DOUBLE deposit I paid and I left the property with appropriate notice and CLEANER than when I moved in!!!!! DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF!!!!!!!
