i am one of the many onsite managers at Landmark.

we care here. we have 1 to 2 managers in each building. you can always get us. we care. come and see. we do things different. we have owners who have really changed this place. we are a big family here.

i live and i dont see any building managers on site .. where are they .. when there are tennents staying up all night drinking and smoking that bad stuff? i live above my niegbers and cant even sleep at night for all there loud noise they make ... im out of here the first chance i get... pleaase dont move here... and belive what u read about drug dealing here ... there is that here

Yeah...the managers must be Ninja or something. You never see them. I am sure the title manager is just an honorary thing...like Mary Kay...they give pink Cadillacs. This place rewards driving white people away. If you are white, know that you will be discriminated against by the management. Illegal -------- are who they care about, and they make you feel like a second class citizen for asking that anything be done about loud music...leaking faucets, or even just all of the trash outside. If you don't believe any of the negative reviews, then try walking around about 8:00 AM on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Just be sure to wear good shoes. There will be so many broken beer bottles it's dangerous. These guys are connected to the mob or something...no way they can legally run a place like this. I wonder how much they are paying the city officials to look the other way?!

yea u said all... i agree 100% with you. u ever heard the song sung by charlie pride the snakes crawl at night? my down stairs neighbors wait untill the office closes and on sundays and that when they come out and play... loud drinking fighting cussing one another damm they r loud ... well like i said theres is good news to pass along to all we r moving in october.. and i hope u that have the same trouble will get out soon too... i wont recomend my worse enemy ''' good luck to you all friends

I love these apartments, everybody knows each other, family athmostphere, kids playing everywhere, just that what I do not like is that people from the duplex on Matthews jump over the gate and bring their drugs, and start walking around selling their drugs and smoking weed, like we are in the ghetto or something lol..
