Just about all the other comments are from managers not tenents. Landmark Terrace is Terrible. Do not move there. They will try to get you to move in by not charging a deposit or doing a credit check. They also don't do background checks, because registered sex offenders live there. Abandoned cars in parking lots and broken beer bottles everywhere. No pools. No lighting at night. Mail stolen out of boxes all the time. Laundy areas filthy. Roaches, roaches everywhere.
Gunshots & cops out there all the time.

yes i agree with you i still live here we r moving in october... i live above my neigbers and they keep me up at night with there loud noice and drinking beer out side and other stuff if you know what i mean ... and i would realy like to know where the security guards they r suppose to have here does he hide when there is trouble in the apt's ? i give this place a 100% bad review... it wasnt bad when we first moved here when lori was the manager here after she left it went and still is going down hill
