It looks like things used to be pretty bad around here, but since I've moved here, things have been fine. There is security at night patrolling, the staff is understanding and nice, one is even my neighbor, who fixed my heat at 11 at night. It may be a bit outdated, but they gave me a good discount because I'm a student at UTA and I don't have to worry about my utility bills. I haven't had any break-in's or felt unsafe, I guess maybe it's not always been that way, but I think people are being really harsh on this place. I walk to work every day and I wouldn't trade it for some snobby, uncaring, corporate apartment.
