The pools is always being repaired. They only open them during the summer. The reason for this because they have an incompetent maintenance staff. They tried to repair the Security lights around the complex, but failed to do so. They still haven't repaired them. Maintenance staff has no clue what they are doing. They already been through 5 maintenance staff.

Swear gets backed into the sinks and toilets, so when you get home your apartment smells like a dump.

Crime, well there quite of bit of crime here. my neighbor downstairs got broken into, then 2 weeks later, Mine almost got broken into, with me being home. There also a lot loud neighbors who stay up all hours of the night partying, and constant fights in the parking lot. Management tells me they have a Courtesy officer out here. Good luck trying to get him/her out to do something about it. Really no point in having one. So Just call the cops.

Laundry rooms, Well we all know how that goes. The Washers are the only thing that is good, unless it is broken, Don't use the dryers they never bother to clean out the lent. in the vents going outside. so you be wasting couple more dollars in getting your clothes to dry.

Parking lot is full of pot holes(more like sink holes). 3months ago, they had red markings all over the potholes, cracks, etc etc etc. They didn't even do anything about it, now the markings have been washed off due to the rain we had the last 3 months.

Now for the Really screwed up part. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR UTILITY BILL. They tried to scam me out of 15 dollars on my bill. It doesn't sound that much, but if you let them get away with it, it adds up. If you see an increase in your bill, call the Utility company, don't call management cause they will take their time to get it resolve. So Deal with the Utility company, don't deal with management.

One last thing, this place doesn't use Water heaters, They use Boilers, so if someone in your building has to have some Plumbing work done, or the heating element is burned out, or some part of the Boiler needs repair. Get ready for cold showers. Since we have incompetent maintenance staff. Get ready to have cold showers for a few days.

Oh ya forgot, If you want to move in and you have pets. Well get Ready to pay $450 for a pet deposit. Go down the road, and you pay at least 50-100 for pet deposit.
