I have lived here for almost a year and I have regreted every second of it!! There is absolutley no maintance, there holes all over the parking lot, the assistant manager is as friendly and helpfull as a mother bear! It took maintance 8 days to fix a horrible leak in our living room and they had to come back twice! They finally resolved just to paint over the mold infested brown stained wall!! The railings on our apartment balcony are a joke I'm scared to let my two year old out there. there are constantly cops here for various reasons, people drive by at all hours of the night with radios blaring. none of my doors shut properly the carpet sucks the paint is a joke my a/c has gone out three times, our heater did not work at the start of winter it took them a threat of being sued to finally get someone here to fix it! Four outlet plugs do not work we have three mysterius light switches. Neither one of the fire alarms work....since we moved here and the staff has done nothing about it. there are two abandoned cars in our parking area. the dumpster area is exactlly that... a dump! I can not belive I got duped into renting from these people they are the rudest, most unhelpfull lying retards I have ever dealt with!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!!!!
