Now aparently the new owners/managers are allowed to come in and just change your lease with out even telling you not sure if it is legal or not still working with a lawyer on that one we will see. I signed a lease agreement with the old owners not them. The office manager is the meanest woman she will stab you in the back at any chance she has. Nothing has been fixed, you can not have satellite if you live on the wrong side of the building and can not get reception from your balcony, I pay for pest extermination every month they have never come and I have to kill roaches that they gave me. There are POS cars in the parking lots with tarps on them and flat tires that have not moved in months. Peoples dogs ---- every place and no one picks up after them. The list could go on and on.

It seems obvious that the staff at Oakchase wrote this. They should better there own property, rather than throw slander at there competition.

RIGHT! I bet they did write that too! It practically sounds like an advertisment from their brochure!

This was not written by Oakchase. It was written by a resident with a legitimate problem/problems. The problems they write about are true! Please don't be fooled by the comments made by the worthless staff at this property!

Psh, I bet the residents wrote this because I am one. This place is the worst! I won't be living here once my lease is up.
