No "Wow" here! Place is in serious need of repair.....

Rundown, unkept, terrible maintenance, unsafe, loud, crime, no security, kids run wild, facilities rundown and broken, workout equipment is shoddy, some broken, and in need of repair, leaky roofs,....need I say more. The whole place is in serious need of repair. It's my understanding that it's been this way for quite some time.
