I should have listened to the other reviews...they are absolutely correct. This place SUCKS!!! First off, I have only been here a short time and I can tell you that this is the worst place I have ever lived! The maintenance staff is the worst I have ever seen, my apartment smells, the pools are closed (note... read other reviews), it seems that the pools are closed alot. They look like a toilet aqnyway and definately not somewhere you would want to swim! The office, management, and maintenance staff at this garbarge property are exactly where they need to be, they fit right in. The office/management/maintenance staff here are amoung the most arrogant and incompetent I have ever seen; except when you are a prospective resident. Once they have you in, everything changes!!! This is by far the worst place I have ever lived! I made the biggest mistake ever... I can't wait to move...only 4 more months left...I don't know if I can make it... Don't listen their line of BS, because that's all it is. In short; not safe, police here alot responding to trouble, pools are trashed, office staff sucks, temp manager is an ass and he doesn't care about resident issues or concerns, maintenance is the worst I have ever seen anywhere, property is not maintained, and the worst thing about it is they don't even try much less care. Read the other negative reviews (there are alot), they are not joking!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place and listen to the people that have lived here in the past, and the current residents that were taken by their line of crap!!! Biggest Mistake Ever!!! STAY AWAY!!!

This place sux ass like no other!! The laundry facilites never work right and eat up all your money. The air conditioning units are ----ed up and they wont fix them leaving you with ridiculous electric bills. The pool is the worse i have ever seen. Just be ready when you get ready to leave and end your lease!!!! we are now paying nearly a thousand bucks a month and there is a 100.00$ a month extra unexplained fee when you go month to month!! Also we were told it is an option to pay the water with your rent. Well we didnt pay the water with our rent this month and we got a big ------ suprise. They decided that part of our rent payment would go to the water bill so that we could be behind on the rent so they could screw us out of huge ass late fees!!!! I cant wait to get the hell out of here!! this place is hell on earth!!!!!
