For the last month right before Christmas the new management has decided to redo the siding on all the buildings. So now I wake up to a bunch of scragly men beating on my walls and come home to all of them outside of my apartment I could not even get into my apt. Do to them having ladders and saw horses and there clothes laying out in front of my door. They are very rude and of course I dont speak spanish, so hard to comunicate this to them to move there stuff. Also they park all of there ladders, and work crap in our parking lot so now I have to park way out of the way. Oh and we also get to look at a lovely port-a-potty everyday. Also since i live in a mud puddle I got tired of wating for the management to fix the problem I personnaly went out and bought ground cover to keep the mud of of the entrances to our apts. Well the lovely workers decided it would be easier to take a rake to the area to clean up there mess and distroyed all of my plants. Of course I went in to talk to the management about it and have them do something to control it and here we are all most a month later nothing has been done.

Now for this new managment that was supposed to come in and redo this place. RUDe Rude Rude! The manager came out and screamed at me while having a conversation with another tenant. I asked her not to do that again and she screamed at me again and said she did not scream at me.

So the short story is if you want to be miserable come on down and get your POS apt with rude management were everything is broken or fixed with duct tape.

This is so true. Im not sure if these comments are reviewed by some sort of housing authority or what? But something really should be done. Unless this site is just a blog for unsatisfied tenants to vent, there should be a way to review apartments based off of these ratings. I recently wrote "Dont Let The Look Fool You". This was before the repairs started. The repairs are a mess. They not only leave their scrap equipment everywhere, but there were several nails, and wood staples all over the concrete walking path to my apartments. As you walk from your car to your apartment, the workers literally stare at you until you're in your home. About 2 days ago a guys car was broken into and the glass is still everywhere. Not to mention over a week ago I had to again, call the police on a man yelling about "where is my knife". and literally causing harm to himself right outside of my window. There were a total of 3 police cars over at this apartment to attend to this issue. I guess some of the other tenants are tire of the noise as well because I saw several of them outside pointing the apartment out to the police officers. So basically the Laurels have turned into the Slums and management is definitely RUDE!!

I live on the far side of the apartments and there are not as many noise issues. But the management OMG. They are sooooo rude! The new guy Jose tried to make me feel like it was my fault that repairs were taking so long. Sorry I didn't know stopping by the office once a week was too much complaining. I had a work order in since august and they finally got it patched. And I mean patched. Whatever. It's their place not mine. I can't wait to leave.
