------ I know you read this and I hope you take this all in because I think it is total -------- that would even have the nerve to confront a resident that you obviously dislike and go as far as lying by sayin that you have complaints about their newborn baby crying. Thats ------- ridiculous. You need to grow up and learn how to treat people. It baffles me that you even had enough credit to get the position you have....must have been a really good/desperate TEMP AGENCY who hired you. To give a notice about a newborn baby crying is insane. He is a human being not a ------- dog. Why dont you find someone else to bother and maybe focus on the grown kids that run around all hours of the night disturbing residents. Oh wait you pick and choose who to ---- with so doubt that will happen. Get a life and grow up.

I use to live in this complex and had the same issuse that you are having. I posted a response a while ago, but as soon as my lease was up I moved and then they tried to charge me all these bogus charges. Jose wanted to charged me cause I left a cable wire and a mop in the apartment. I paid my last water bill and that was all. When they were doing all of this things to me I just contacted the city of Arlington Code compliance and the BBB and they immediately fixed my toliet problem. I suggest that you do that and see what resluts you get

Now we have anothe problem! They expect all residents to pay their rent on line with a credit card!!!! What about those who dont have a computer at home or access to the internet or those who do not have a credit card, the usually pay by money order????? what are these people suppose to do???? If they want all residents to comply with this new way of payment they should offer free internet in each and every apartment!

I paid my rent in the office, this month, so obviously thats not true. Why do people try to find things to come up with? You do not own your residence, you are merely borrowing that apartment until you move, so of course there will be rules on all complexes! Get used to it.

You can pay by walking in the office. There is an additional option to pay by credit if you so choose.
