i recently moved in and i have to say i love it there. this is one of the best apartments i have lived in. the office is making a lot of improvements to the property and i think it's gonna be great! a lot of you have been saying its ghetto and i wanna know where you get that from. maybe the other communities surrounding it but the laurels is the nicest on the street. the office staff is great but a little slow on work orders but they explained to me they just took over and its takin an extra day of so but they do get it done. i love my new home and would reccomend it to anyone!

Yeah, just wait until you tell the new management that your sink is leaking and the wood underneath is rotting... an "emergency order" I put in took 3 weeks for them to respond and only after I got onto them about it. It was great when I first moved in, but pray you don't have any issues.

When you have an issue is when their true colors will show, esp the managers. They are NOT the nicest on the street. Look across Treepoint to find those. They told you they 'just took over'? If taking over the property in November is just taking over to you, then so be it. They have had plenty of time to get caught up. They don't care. My doorknob was falling off my front door and I called the asst mgr, Jose. He came to my house with a screwdriver because he 'didn't want maintenance to have to respond to a call like that'. What kind of sorry *ss management is that? But, if they have a problem with you, they want it resolved RIGHT THEN AND THERE! No if's and's or but's about it. They are HORRIBLE! I lived there for 2 yrs. I moved recently. It only gets worse. The posts you see about them being ghetto is RIGHT ON TARGET. They apparently pulled the wool over your eyes. BTW- The volleyball net, they use in their advertisements at the pool, they didn't buy it, THE RESIDENTS DID! Open your eyes. You're in for the ride of your life! I see they are rated a 24 on here. How did it get so high? OH I NEED TO ADD_ I have a friend who still lives there. Her fridge went out unbeknownst to her while she was at work. Ruined a lot of food. The maintenance replaced it with one from another apartment. That was a month ago. Yesterday, her 'new' fridge went out. Maintenance came and unplugged her ice maker and said they'd come back today. What kind of load of bull is that? See what you have to look forward to?

Again, the worthless staff is trying to write fake reviews to cover up their incompetence and complete lack of concern for the residents. What a bunch of dirtbags! THIS IS A FAKE REVIEW WRITTEN BY THE STAFF!!! DON"T BE FOOLED!!!

It does sound like a review from the staff. That's something that fat ----- Connie would try to do. They gave me the line about just taking over when I moved in back in LATE October. Its all BS. They suck and they're just trying to cover it up.
