There is no explanation necessary for this apartment complex. one word sums this dump up "CRAP". Owners and their assistants are complete idiots. They allow the sewer to over flow almost monthly, and it runs everywhere, feel bad for those folks in the back that must walk through it. And just recently they have allowed some god for saken alarm to blair through the place at all hours of the night, and the lady answering the phone is trained like a dog to respond with the same answer "were working with plumbers right now". Let me just ask, How many retards does it take to go shut off that alarm or at go unhook the thing' If your not capable of fixing your sewer problem atleast spare us from listening to the alarm indicating what a S*** Hole this place is. If your thinking about moving here, please re-concider, there are apartments up and down this street that would love to have your business. This place doesn't care about your business or that of the current residents, otherwise they wouldn't make you walk threw raw sewage to get to your home. I hope this place burns to the ground!!!!! gee where should i start??...how about after living here for 6 days someone drew a huge ----- on the hood of my car with permenant marker!!....the water in my bathroom sinks leak all over the place,my washer leaks all over the kitchen floor..the refrigerator and the stove doesnt work..i've put in numerous work orders and nothing has been fixed!!! yea im breaking my lease.....
