I'm a long time resident that remembers the days of Savannah Club. Although the front of the complex has been "Dressed Up", you cannot mask the underlying shoddy conditions of the interiors, and many of the areas that are not visible from the street. These areas appear to be deliberately avoided by the management staff when they are showing the property to perspective tenants. I, as with many residents here, have multiple outstanding work orders that have not been addressed. This brings me to the topic of the excessively rude management staff. All I can say is that I have never in my entire history of apartment living encountered a more arrogant unprofessional group of individuals. This is evidenced from the apartment manager down to the leasing staff. I have actually witnessed the manager storm out of the office and begin screaming at a resident in public. I'm sorry but that's just unacceptable in any type of professional environment. There are many things wrong with this apartment complex and the staff. I would strongly advise any perspective tenant to look very closely before signing a lease at the Laurels of Sendera.
