I have been a resident for almost a year. The only good thing about these apartments is the square footage I have in my 2 bdrm. Other than that, there is nothing good about this complex. The management is horrible. I have never had a maintenance request that was solved in a timely manner. I had to call 3 or 4 different times in order to get things fixed. The 2 bdrms only have stackable washer/dryer connections. That's absurd. If you have a 2 bdrm apt, then you're going to need more than a stackable to get your laundry done. It takes the better part of a week to get my laundry all done. There have been 2 floods/leaks in my apt. Each time, management never came to inspect the damage. I thought that was something that management would come check out, just to assess everything. It didnt happen, either time. The parking lot is pretty bad, the whole thing needs to be redone, but management just chooses to patch it up. There are always lots of kids running around unattended. The pool is closed more often than its open. If you're late making a payment, they leave a notice on your door so that everyone can see. If you have s Sprint cell phone, you wont get good reception. I have all kinds of pests, even though I have had maintenance come out and spray at least 5 times. Some of these bugs I have never seen before in my life. And I DID NOT have any problems with pest before I moved in. It appears that the management is running a "family & friends" affair, a lot of their friends & family are living in the complex, and of course they dont have any problems with their units. There are 5 other apt complexes in the area, I would suggest that potential renters look at these other properties. The Laurels of Sendera is not a good apartment complex, and the management is just horible. If you do sign a lease, MAKE SURE YOU GET RENTERS INSURANCE.

I have to agree. The kids that are running around always destroy the laundry room , break windows and in two occasions they dented and scratched my car. Hate to say this since i been a resident here for over two years and I have never had any leak problems and maintenance has always been there on time, but i have to admit i am a special case here they kinda catter to me and no i am not related to anyone here, but i have sadly seen people move because the apartment they live in had a flood and ruin all there furniture and or because they have aunt problems and yes the pool is 90% of the time close for some inspection that needs to be done or is just not working.I do enjoy it here but that is only because i am a single person and i am always at my friends house and come only to pay rent and sleep. I would not recomend to any one.This new management staff has been good to me. Always polite . But i have seen how some people have been treated very unfair.Dont want to sound raises but this new people they letting rent are not going to help this apartments look any better.
