Apartment is roomy but tennants are noisy, some kids are abusive, police have been called on a 9 year old several times for hurting other children, staff are nice but the apartments are just noisy and the appliances are old. You can hear neighbors walking above/below you really easy, floors are like paper and everyone complains. There was a robbery in broad daylight of a woman tenant in the parking lot here. Even if you are a partier - don't recommend it due to high water, really really high electric bill and cops frequently do road block license checks here as there is only one way in or out. With utilities your rent will be anywhere from $200 to $250 higher and that just with one adult, one small child and we are careful with the thermostat....great exercise room but overall I say skip this one if you have kids.
