Laurels Of Sendera formerly Savannah Club Apartments
< Prev Review | >
It's ok. I found this place to be average. the only problems ive had were the constant fighting of the couple downstairs and also the kids who set the dumpster on fire next to my apartment. When I gave them back the key I asked him about my deposit and he said he would put it towards the last months water bill. I didn't get any back and the charges that were sent back to me didnt make any sense. I cleaned it very well but i accidently left my vacuum and didnt bother to go back and get it. So don't leave a thing when you leave or else no deposit or theres added charges. When I put in a work order it was done in a timely matter. ( The heater wasn't working) but they never fixed the constantly streaming faucet in the kitchen and when they "fixed" the door (it wouldnt stay closed) it would now close but it didn't lock anymore because it was uneven. I stayed the remainder without ever locking my door. No break ins or anything.
