Nice place to live, if you have the money.

My husband and I have been living at Legacy Point since Summer 2000. What initially brought us there was the seclusion it has. It is bundled behind all the other complexes along NE Green Oaks in North Arlington and is covered with winding roads and lots of trees. It has an aire of sophistication not found anywhere else. We live in a third floor one bedroom with the most spectacular view! On a clear day we can see the DFW Airport tower, Irving, NRH and beyond. We also pay $850 for our tiny one bedroom. The management is not that great and they seem to change on a monthly basis. The past couple of managers have had a hard time enforcing the rules and for as much money as we pay, that is somewhat bothersome. Overall it's a great place to live with (mostly) nice (and quiet) neighbors but if you have to deal with management it can be a real headache.
