Don't make a Mess

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
We had mostly good luck here until we moved away. Granted we did have cats, but they took our whole deposit ($600) saying that the carpet in every room had to be replaced. Even in the room that the cats NEVER were allowed in. We asked to see the invoices for the carpet replacement, which we are legally entitled to, but they just never got to us. So be careful.
