Lived here for the past year. Maintenance is quick, management is so-so, but if you can get an apartment in the very back, you will love it. We see armadillos, road runners, rabbits, turtles, possum, and lots of wild life as we are are right beside the Trinity. The townhomes are rather expensive and my complaint is that in a three story, two bedroom, the air conditioning does not reach the top floor adequately. Which is not very pleasant in the summer. I've complained, but was told that that was just the way it is. Don't plan on staying long just for that reason.
